About
I've spent my career building the systems behind other people's growth. Enterprise sales first, then running operations at scale inside AWS. When creators started pulling me in, they were asking the same questions founders ask: how do I price this, is this deal actually good, how do I stop doing everything myself.
Here's what I know for sure: talent was never the gap. You can be great at what you do and still be leaving money on the table because nobody handed you a rate card, a pitching system, or a contract you can actually read. That's not a you problem. It's a systems problem, and systems can be taught.
